This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, seeking quotes for one (1) Acra WH-360 Semi-Auto Double Column Band Saw. This procurement is set aside for Small Businesses under NAICS code 333517.

• One (1) Acra WH-360 Semi-Auto Double Column Band Saw.

• Quotes must meet all specifications outlined in the solicitation to be considered technically capable.

• All line items must be priced for the quote to be considered responsive.

• The Government intends to award a contract to the responsible offeror whose quotation is most advantageous, considering price and other factors.

• Quotes must be valid for 90 days.

• FOB Destination pricing is preferred.

• Submission Deadline: Refer to the date posted on SAM.gov.

• Submission Method: Email response to malik.jones-pierre@usmc.mil.

• Evaluation Factors: Technical capability, Price, and SPRS Evaluation.

• Questions Deadline: Within 24 hours of RFQ receipt via email.

• Award Basis: The Government reserves the right to make an award solely on initial quotes received.

• Small Business Set-Aside.

• Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide Unique Entity ID, Cage Code, and Federal Tax ID Number.

• No partial deliveries will be accepted.

• Prepaid shipping costs must be identified in the quote.

• Offerors are instructed to complete the "Offeror's Information" section.

Statement of Work (SOW)

To procure, deliver, install, test, and provide operator training for one ACRA WH-360 Semi-Auto Double Column Band Saw, or an equal, to enhance machining capabilities at Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB) Albany, Georgia.

• Provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, safety measures, supervision, permits, and services.

• Purchase, deliver, install, and startup the specified band saw at MCLB Albany, GA.

• Connect the system to the provided disconnect (customer provides utilities).

• Perform system start-up, function checks, commissioning, calibration, and operator training.

• Training will cover basic system functionality, automated tests, and manual operation.

• Service startup/training will be a total of 3 days.

• Final inspection for government end-user acceptance.

• ACRA WH-360 Semi-Auto Double Column Band Saw or equal.

• System Size: 119" L x 29" W x 73" H.

• Cutting capacity 90°: 360mm (14.1").

• Blade size: 34x1.1x4480mm (1.33" x .04" x 176").

• Speed: 20-85mpm (60 HZ).

• Features include: 5HP Blade Motor, 1HP Coolant Motor, Hydraulic blade tension, Digital blade speed readout, Manual speed governor, and Quickly sliding vise with hydraulic clamping.

• Place of Performance: Building 1230 at MCLB Albany, GA.

• Completion Time: Within 120 days after the date of award.

• Contractor shall verify measurements before ordering.

• Work must comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 and 1910.333 (lockout/tagout) and current NEC for electrical work.

• Contractor is responsible for due diligence regarding site information.

• Government will not provide equipment, fuel, personnel, utilities, or facilities.

• Contractor personnel require a 14-day background check prior to arrival on base.

• Work hours are typically 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, unless otherwise arranged.

• Asbestos abatement (if required) will be done on weekends/holidays.

• All work must be performed by experienced personnel and comply with industry standards and codes.

• Salvable materials and equipment disconnected or removed remain government property, except for recyclable materials which will be handled per MCO 5090.2A.

• "Hot Work" requires a written permit from the Fire Division and a designated Fire Watch.
