Eligibility & Compliance
This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 331221 with a size standard of 1000 employees. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Contractors required to implement NIST SP 800-171 (DFARS 252.204-7019) must have a current assessment, unless items are Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) and identified as such. Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) credentials are required for base access. Various FAR and DFARS clauses are incorporated.
