- Providing initial inspection reports with pictures of deficiencies.
- Performing touch-up painting on exterior surfaces after inspection.
- If an option is exercised, painting respective components after work completion.
- Providing as-built reports showing fits, backlashes, contact patterns, and end floats for open gears, limit switch assemblies, and enclosed gears (PDF mark-ups acceptable, no CAD required).
- Supplying new oil, grease, filters, fasteners, keys, and other necessary items to prepare the Emergency Gate machinery for operation.
