To provide Base Life Support (BLS) services and supply items to US government personnel in Vietnam.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for base life support and transportation services in support of "Pacific Friendship 26" in Vietnam. This is a competitive requirement.

• Base Life Support: Details to be found on an attached Order Form. Contractors must submit quotes in USD or VND. Offers will be evaluated in USD using the XE.com conversion rate on the solicitation closure date. The same rate will be used for contract award. Pricing Arrangement: Firm Fixed Price.

• Transportation Services: Details to be found on an attached Order Form. Contractors must submit quotes in USD or VND. Offers will be evaluated in USD using the XE.com conversion rate on the solicitation closure date. The same rate will be used for contract award. Pricing Arrangement: Firm Fixed Price.

• Technical Approach: Limited to two pages, must demonstrate understanding of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and outline how services will be met.

• Experience: Limited to two pages, must demonstrate at least two instances of recent and relevant experience within the last three years, similar in scope, size, and complexity. An "Experience Information Sheet" (Attachment A01) must be completed.
