Key Requirements & Deliverables
Quoters must submit responses addressing two evaluation factors: Technical Information (Factor 1) and Price (Factor 2). Technical submissions require a capability statement detailing how services meet the Statement of Work (SOW). Price submissions require a firm fixed-price quote using the quoter's own template. All narrative text must adhere to specific formatting (Times New Roman 12-point font, 1" margins, single-spaced).
