- 34 each - DIV-DRW34 3" ADJUSTABLE CLEAR DIVIDER SYSTEM (or equal)
- 51 each - DIV-DRW5 DIVIDER SET, CRASH CART, 5" DEEP (or equal) All items must be new equipment; no remanufactured or "gray market" items will be accepted.
Contract Details
The government intends to award a purchase order. Vendors must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller, and must include a copy of an authorized distributor letter from the manufacturer with their quote. Shipping is FOB Destination, and costs must be included in the vendor quote, not as a separate line item. The government will not split this requirement. Invoices will be processed electronically via the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).
Submission & Evaluation
Written quotes must include all aspects of the RFQ (equipment, services, and options). The quote due date is March 20, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST. Award will be made to the responsive and responsible vendor whose conforming response provides the lowest price technically acceptable, considering price, technical acceptance of product, and delivery. Past performance will be evaluated using PPIRS and FAPIIS data. All responding firms must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
Eligibility / Set-Aside
This is a 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE)/Native American small business set-aside. Offerors that do not fall into this category will not be considered for award.
