Statement of Work (SOW)

To define and establish the scope of services for the removal and installation of a new, fully adhered eighty (80) mil Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofing system on Building #126 at the Blackfeet Adult Detention Center. The project also includes repairing any water damage to the existing roof and drainage system.

• Removal and proper disposal of the existing roofing system.

• Installation of a new, fully adhered TPO roofing system with insulation.

• Repair of water damage to the roof and drainage system.

• Installation of new roof jacks, flashing, counter flashing, drip edge, and coping.

• Replacement of drain fixtures as necessary.
