• Work Location: Work may occur in the entire Northwest Oregon District, not just the area circled on a map. No task orders will be issued off the resulting single award.
• Task Orders: This is a single award contract; individual task orders will not be rebid.
• Contract Duration & Rates: This is a single award contract spanning multiple years. Wage determinations will be made annually from the award date.
• Travel Time: Travel time is not included in shift time. The shift begins where the government specifies the meeting location within the district.
• Submission Method: Quotes are to be emailed, not mailed to the BLM office listed. Refer to the RFQ and Combined Synopsis for specific requirements.
• Insurance: Contractors must always be covered by their own insurance policy, including for prescribed burn work.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

• Personnel must meet National Wildfire Coordinating Group (NWCG) qualifications.
