• Panel Brand: Panels must be compatible with the existing RockArt kiosk system; alternative brands are not acceptable unless fully compatible.

• Maps/Signage: BLM staff will install maps or other signage in the kiosks at a later date; this is not the contractor's responsibility.

• The Government will evaluate flexibility for extending the period of performance into mid-September, with any changes issued via formal amendment.

• Vendors must submit all further questions to the Contract Specialist listed in the solicitation by the posted cutoff date. Official responses will be issued by amendment.

• Work includes shipping, handling, delivery, and installation.

• All work to be completed within 90 calendar days from the receipt of award.

• Work will occur Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays.

• Performance locations are within Rio Blanco, Moffat, and Garfield counties.
