Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, and supplies for cleaning and pumping vault toilets at designated BLM White River Field Office recreation sites in Meeker, CO. Key tasks include:
- Regular cleaning and annual pumping of 5 vault toilets across 4 buildings (one double vault, three single vaults).
- Maintaining vault utilization at no more than 50% capacity.
- Responding to emergency service requests within 24 hours if a vault exceeds 50% capacity.
- Removing garbage, disinfecting surfaces, washing toilets, and restocking toilet paper.
- Transporting and disposing of waste at an approved wastewater treatment plant in compliance with regulations.
- Providing detailed service reports after each visit. Vaults are buried with above-ground access hatches; the BLM will provide keys. Water will not be provided by the BLM.
Contract Details

- Period of Performance: One base year (March 15, 2026, to March 14, 2027) with four (4) 12-month option years, extending through March 14, 2031.
