This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is for Architect/Engineering (A/E) professional services for the Tomahawk Detention Dam Rehabilitation Project located in Valley County near Glasgow, Montana. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking a qualified firm to provide Title I and Title II design services for the rehabilitation of an earthen embankment dam constructed in 1962.
