Scope of Interest
The government is interested in a turnkey solution for the purchase and delivery of five (5) BMW F800 GS motorcycles (model year 2025 or newer, or equivalent) and the supply and installation of law enforcement emergency equipment (upfits) for the United States Park Police (USPP). The work includes procuring motorcycles, installing emergency equipment, and transporting upfitted motorcycles to the USPP Central District in Washington, DC. All materials must be new, suitable, and free of defects, conforming to OEM Modifier/Upfitter Guides and applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) standards. A quality control program is required to ensure services meet Statement of Work (SOW) requirements. Motorcycles must be fully functional for year-round police operation and pass a minimum 10-mile road test. A 72-month warranty for motorcycles and a 48-month warranty for installed equipment are required.
