  • Submission: Electronically to the PCO and copied to the ACO and Engineering POC. Documentation must be in accordance with SAE-EIA-649-1 using DD Form 1695.

All data must be in government-compatible software (Microsoft Office or PDF). Distribution statements are as specified in Item 16.

Potential bidders must understand these data submission requirements as they will form part of the contract. Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a Request for Order Proposal (RFOP) for the supply of Pintle Mounts, NSN 1005-01-625-0097. This is a competitive action under the Basic Ordering Agreement Sustaining Track (BOAST) program. Award will be a firm-fixed-price order. The acquisition is a Small Business Set-Aside.

• Supply: Pintle Mounts (NSN: 1005-01-625-0097, TDP/DWG No: 12655917).

• Quantity: 38 each for the base period, with options for 35 each and 32 each.

• Delivery: Within 150 calendar days After Receipt of Order (ARO) for the base quantity. Accelerated delivery schedules are allowed.

• Packaging: Military B level.

• Data Requirements: Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Requests for Variance (RFVs), and Notices of Revision (NORs) are required as detailed in CDRLs A001, A002, and A003.

• Technical Requirements: Includes specific requirements for pretreatments and Chemical Agent Resistant Coatings (CARC), adherence to MIL-DTL-16232, MIL-DTL-53072, and AOPN 12585018. Export controlled technical data package requires DD Form 2345 certification.

• Proposal Content: A completed and signed Pricing Sheet is required. No separate technical proposal is needed.

• Evaluation: Award will be made on a Price Only basis to the responsible BOA holder with the lowest-priced proposal. Price will be evaluated for reasonableness.

• Questions: All questions must be submitted in writing to the POC no later than 16-JUL-2026, 12:00 PM Eastern.

• Set-Aside: Small Business Set-Aside.

• Mandatory Requirement: Vendors must have a fully executed BOAST Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) in place prior to the closing date and time to be eligible for award.
