This is a competitive Request for Order Proposal (RFOP) to solicit proposals for Hand Control Units under the Basic Ordering Agreement Sustainment Track (BOAST) program. The resulting order will be a firm-fixed-price contract. Vendors must have an existing BOAST Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to be eligible for award.

• Data Requirements: Engineering Change Proposal (ECP), Requests For Variance (RFV), Notice Of Revision (NOR) are Not Separately Priced.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price Order under the BOAST program.

• Evaluation: Price Only. Award will be made to the responsible BOA holder with the lowest-priced proposal. Price will be evaluated for reasonableness.

• Mandatory Eligibility: Must have a fully executed BOAST Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) prior to the closing date.
