Scope of Work

- Annual Inspections and Testing: Including furnace and internal surfaces, exterior components, boilers for fouling, tube leak checks, gauges, thermometers, UPS systems, emission control systems (SCRs), SCADA systems, Deaerator Tanks, and Condensate Tanks.
- General and Emergency Repair Services: Up to $50,000.00 annually for parts, labor, and travel for the three boilers and components.
