- Quantitative chemical and mechanical analysis.
- Liquid Penetrant Inspection or Magnetic Particle Inspection.
- Thread inspection per FED-STD-H28 series (or ASME B1 series equivalent).
- Provision of one additional fastener for each uniquely identified heat/lot for traceability.
- Adherence to strict material traceability, identification, and marking requirements (e.g., MIL-DTL-1222, MIL-STD-792).
