Submission Requirements
Offerors not the Original End Manufacturer (OEM) must provide the OEM's name, CAGE, and a signed letter of authorization as a distributor. All contractual documents will be issued bilaterally. This is a "DO" rated order under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and is pursuant to Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities (EAF).
