Key Requirements & Deliverables
- Water Quality: Suppliers must be approved/accredited by the US Army Veterinary Command. Failure to maintain this approval can result in immediate contract termination. The Aquaviva brand is currently approved.
- Packaging: Bottles must be clear/translucent plastic, individually sealed, and stamped with bottling and expiration dates. Cases must be stackable, palletized, and shrink-wrapped.
- Expiration Dates: Minimum 180 days after delivery for smaller bottles/1 Gallon containers; minimum 30 days for 5 Gallon Jugs.
- Delivery: Specific delivery requirements are detailed in Attachment 3.
- Invoicing: Monthly or upon BPA Call expiration via PIEE, supported by delivery tickets. Payment via WAWF (Net 30 days).
