Scope of Work
The awarded contractor(s) will provide comprehensive services including the rental, delivery, assembly, setup, and eventual pick-up and removal of residential furniture. This covers furniture kits for residences accommodating 2, 4, or 6 people, with an estimated need for 31 kits. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing suitable, matching furniture sets (classic or modern style).
- Obtaining necessary city access permits (ZTL, Area C, parking) and paying associated fees.
- Managing inventory for each residence.
- Replacing defective furniture within five working days.
- Unpacking, setting up, mounting, and testing appliances/electronics.
- Services are required within Milan and surrounding areas.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).
- Period of Performance: One (1) base year for the BPA.
- Estimated Value: The BPA ceiling is estimated at $150,000.00 for the one-year period. Individual purchase orders will not exceed $15,000.00.

- Legal Authorization: Possess authorization to do business in Italy (e.g., Italian Company Registration Report) and provide proof of civil liability insurance.
- Required Documents: Submit a completed SF-1449, Attachment 1 (Pricing List), Attachment 2 (Work Requirements), pictures of proposed furniture (Attachment 3), and Section 5 Representations and Certifications.
