Scope of Work

This solicitation is for 230 Lubell LL 1424HP Underwater Acoustic Transducers mounted within stainless steel cages, 230 Bridging Transformers (AC1424HP), and 230 Separate Wet-Mateable-Ends. The transducers must be piezoelectric, operate from 200 Hz to >8000 Hz with >170 dB loudness, function at 9-40 feet depth, and feature military-grade wet contact connectors and anodized aluminum housing. Amplifiers are not supplied by the contractor.

The scope includes both Dry Testing (frequency vs. impedance graphs within 5% tolerance) and Wet Testing (pre-set amplifier, software, 5% tolerance) at the contractor's facility prior to shipment. The Government will provide specific testing equipment (Bosch Dynacord IPX10:4 amplifier, water tank, etc.). Additionally, two DAYTON AUDIO V3 TEST SYSTEM impedance test equipment units are required. All equipment is to be delivered to USACE facilities in Lockport, IL.
