Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, seeking quotes for the procurement of specific parts. The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order.

• Item: TRICO DESICCANT BREATHER (NSN: 3040 01-729-2706, Part #: WG-040207-S)

• Quantity: 300 Each (EA)

• Specifications: 3/8 THREAD SIZE NPT, FEMALE. 3 MICRON PARTICLE SIZE, 2 ½ IN DIA.

• No Substitutions: Authorized substitutions require approval from USCG SFLC TECHNICAL EXPERTS.

• Preservation, Packaging & Marking: Must comply with detailed specifications including individual preservation in sealable bags, cushioning, packing in fiberboard boxes, and marking per MIL-STD-129R and ISO/IEC-16388-2007 (Code 39 Symbology). Specific label information is required.

• Quality Assurance: If applicable, the contractor must notify the Contracting Officer at least seven (07) calendar days prior to Q/A inspections.

• Packaging Requirements: Bidders must indicate if they can meet packaging requirements.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order.

• Payment Terms: NET 30, in accordance with FAR 52.232-25 Prompt Payment.

• Submission: All responsible sources may submit a quotation. Vendor must have an active registration in SAM.Gov prior to award.

• Pricing: Total cost must include delivery and any freight charges to zip code 21226.

• Shipping: FOB DESTINATION REQUIRED.

• Delivery: Ship to USCG CENTER, 2401 HAWKINS POINT ROAD, RECEIVING ROOM- BUILDING 88, BALTIMORE, MD 21226. Deliveries are Monday-Friday, 8 am to 3 pm.

• Invoicing: Must be processed through https://www.ipp.gov. Specific invoice information is required. Invoices for SFLC Baltimore awards are to be submitted as Non-PO in IPP. A copy of the invoice must also be sent to JERMAINE.T.PERKINS@uscg.mil.

• Open to all responsible sources.

• Vendor must have an active registration in SAM.Gov prior to award.

• Solicitation number is found in the header.

• This solicitation is current through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87, effective March 7, 2016.

• All acquisitions expected to exceed $10k will be listed on SAM.GOV under the same solicitation/RFQ.
