The anticipated requirement is for comprehensive S&RTS to handle the import and export of designated U.S. Government (USG) cargo through the Port of Bremerhaven. This includes stevedoring, lashing and unlashing, and handling various military cargo such as vehicles, non-explosive containers, and Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). Services must be provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, material handling equipment (MHE), gear, tools, materials, supervision, and qualified stevedores. A DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached for review and comment.
