Scope of Work

This includes three main areas: the Combined SO/D4 (19,042 SF), Fire Cache/Engine 441 Office (1,444 SF), and Teton Interagency Helibase (2,500 SF). Services encompass cleaning floors, vacuuming carpets, cleaning furnishings, restroom and utility room cleaning, trash/recycling removal, interior/exterior window cleaning, carpet cleaning, drinking fountain cleaning, and break room cleaning. Compliance with bio-based and bio-preferred materials requirements is mandatory.
