Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This document outlines the project specifications for replacing HVAC units at multiple locations within Buffalo National River.

• Replacement of existing HVAC units and components at four specified residences: Woolum Residence, Buffalo Point Residence, Erbie Residence, and Steel Creek Residence.

• The contract includes removal and disposal of existing units and installation of new, high-efficiency, all-electric HVAC systems.
