- AHU #1 Condenser Coil Cleaning: Chemically clean the condenser coil, rinse thoroughly, and reassemble components.
- AHU #2 Diagnostics: Conduct a diagnostic inspection to identify the root cause of an "Interlock Error Code," inspect HVAC-R equipment, electrical components, system controls, and safety circuits. Test and verify the sequence of operation. A detailed findings report with recommended repairs and parts list must be submitted to the COR for approval before proceeding with repairs.
