- Pre-demolition testing of mechanical equipment.
- Replacement of approximately 70 variable air volume (VAV) terminal units and 54 existing airflow monitors.
- Installation of about 32 new exhaust air valves.
- Repair and modification of existing control systems and ductwork.
- Replacement of approximately 1200 existing terminal supply HEPA filters, including repair of supply connections, balancing, and certification.
- Rebalancing of air handling units, exhaust fans, and exhaust tools to maintain proper cleanroom pressurization.

- Capability to work 24/7 during outages (Friday evenings through weekends, maximum 9 calendar days per outage) with liquidated damages for delays.
- Ability to manage phased construction, isolating individual cleanroom bays while others remain operational.
- Capacity to protect irreplaceable equipment, with adequate insurance for repair, replacement, and manufacturer recertification, and liquidated damages for equipment downtime.
