Services include planning, design, construction plans, specifications, cost estimates, operation/maintenance plans, construction observation, research, evaluation, analysis, strategic planning, inventory, monitoring, and compliance/permitting (environmental, NEPA, NHPA Section 106). Project types span roadways, utilities, buildings, historic sites, marine facilities, environmental restoration, and campgrounds. Firms must demonstrate familiarity with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Archeology and Historic Preservation, NPS conservation values, ABAAS, and sustainable design principles.
