This notice is for informational and planning purposes only and is not a solicitation.

The VA intends to procure Construction Period Services to support the construction phase of the "Construct Replacement CLC – Complex Care Minor" project. RDC/John Poe Architects, L.L.L.P., the original design firm, has completed the design (100%) and their current design contract does not include construction period services. This firm will act in an advisory capacity during construction, attend the pre-construction meeting, and facilitate bi-monthly site visits for the 150-day construction period.
