Submission & Evaluation
Interested A&E firms must email one copy of an SF 330 (7/2021 Edition) and a CD to Hanna.Karmazyn@va.gov by June 22, 2026, 3:00 PM EST. Evaluation factors include Professional Qualifications, Capacity, Specialized Experience, Past Performance (including CPARS), Locality, and approach to Construction Period Services. Following evaluation, three or more highly qualified firms may be interviewed, and the most qualified firm will receive the solicitation to submit a proposal. This is not a Request for Proposal, and the Government will not reimburse response costs.
