• Ongoing Projects: For Criterion 4, only projects where the design phase is fully completed and a corresponding CPARS has been finalized and submitted will be considered. Projects that are design complete but construction is ongoing or not started will not be considered.

• Part II of SF330 Page Limit: Part II of the SF330 is included within the 30-page submission limit, with the sole exception being Past Performance Questionnaires and CPARS.

• Clarifies the recency period for past performance to 10 years for Criterion 4.

• Confirms that the 30-page limit applies to the SF330 submission, excluding only CPARS and Past Performance Questionnaires.

Presolicitation Notice

This presolicitation notice is for an Architect-Engineering (A-E) Design Contract for services to be performed at the Charles George VA Medical Center in Asheville, NC. The project involves performing the design and providing construction documents and specifications for the correction of mechanical and plumbing deficiencies in Building 47.
