Evaluation Criteria

Additional value is given for prime contractor experience, VA projects, local experience (Columbia, SC), and VA CAD/BIM standards.
- Professional Qualifications (Criteria 2): Evaluates the qualifications of key personnel (one page per resume, seven-page total). Required licensed positions include Architect, Electrical Engineer, and Structural Engineer, with proof of licensure in any U.S. state.
