Statement of Work (SOW)

To procure hydraulic demolition hammers and power box rakes, along with all necessary attachments and fittings, for use with existing CAT equipment at the San Luis National Wildlife Refuge Complex.

• Procure a hydraulic demolition hammer compatible with a CAT 317 Hydraulic Excavator (e.g., H110S Hammer or equivalent). This hammer will be used for demolition of concrete irrigation pipe, water control structures, buildings, foundations, rock, and general demolition.

• Procure a power box rake compatible with a CAT 275XE Compact Track Loader (skid steer) (e.g., PR123 Hydraulic Angle or equivalent). This rake will be used to rehabilitate demolished building foundations and roads.

• Provide all necessary parts, fittings, pins, and connectors to ensure implements are fully compatible and functional with the specified CAT equipment.

• Deliver the procured items to the San Luis National Wildlife Refuge.

• Provide a brief training session on the use of each implement, including attachment to the skid steer and excavator.

• Delivery Location: San Luis National Wildlife Refuge, 7376 S. Wolfsen Road, Los Banos, CA 93635.

• Availability: The refuge is open daily from sunrise to sunset. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, excluding federal holidays.
