• Provide fish rearing operational support.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide reliable fish rearing operational support for the Bouldin Island Fish Rearing Project, maintaining fish health and survival in accordance with Service-approved protocols, and supporting Government fisheries conservation and management objectives.

• Provide fish husbandry, monitoring of fish health and environmental conditions, facility support, and data collection/reporting.

• Accomplish all tasks necessary to support effective fish rearing operations.

• Services are expected from November 2026 through June 2027 (Base Year), with potential extension for equipment breakdown and storage.

• Maintain fish health and survival in accordance with Service-approved protocols.

• Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) includes objectives for daily husbandry, water quality monitoring, data submission, and emergency response, with specific thresholds for feeding, mortality reporting, recording errors, and response times.

• Period of Performance: One (1) Base Year of 12 months and one (1) 12-month option year.

• Place of Performance: Bouldin Island Fish Rearing Project facilities.

• Contractor shall develop and maintain an effective quality control program.

• Personnel performing fish rearing duties must possess experience or training in fish husbandry, aquaculture, or fisheries biology.

• Key Personnel include a Contract Manager and Fish Rearing Technicians with specific experience requirements.

• Contractor is responsible for all daily travel to and from the facility.

• Contractor shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local regulations, including FAR, OSHA, and specific U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service policies.
