Performance & Special Requirements

  • Personnel Qualifications: Program Manager must be BICSI RCDD. Installers must be BICSI registered or have 3+ years of experience.
  • Security: Personnel require background checks, PIV, CAC, TARP training, and compliance with security regulations. Specific roles may require SECRET clearance and T3 investigation.
