Eligibility & Evaluation
This is an EDWOSB Set-Aside, meaning only firms currently certified as EDWOSB by the SBA are eligible for award. The Government will use a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria. Technical acceptability requires a complete proposal including a proposed delivery schedule, cited proposal expiration date, signed solicitation amendments, active SAM.gov registration, completed FAR and DFRAS reports, EDWOSB certification, no active exclusions, and an active Joint Certification Program (JCP) registration (or a statement that drawings/data are not needed).
