Requirements
The Government is interested in all business types, including 8(a), small, small disadvantaged, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Hubzone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. All contractors must meet prequalification requirements. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval by visiting AvMC's public website. This acquisition involves technical data restricted by export control regulations, requiring an active United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification for both the quoter and manufacturer to access export-controlled data. DLA will not delay award for JCP application.
