CAMS V is anticipated to be a Single-Award, 100% Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract, with requirements issued as FFP task orders. The applicable NAICS code is 541380 (Testing Laboratories and Services) with a small business size standard of $19 million. The current CAMS IV contract (80JSC021DA016) with Rohmann Services, Inc. is valued at approximately $15 million and expires on August 31, 2026. The anticipated period of performance for CAMS V is September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2031.
Set-Aside & Market Research
This opportunity is anticipated to be a Total Small Business Set-Aside. NASA is seeking capability statements from all interested parties, including various socioeconomic categories of Small Businesses, to determine the appropriate level of competition and subcontracting goals. The government reserves the right to restrict the procurement to small businesses.
