Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) with no active exclusions. Quotes must be valid for a minimum of 60 days and include CAGE Code, Delivery Date/Lead Time, and pricing for all Line Item Numbers (CLINs). This is an all-or-none requirement; partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive. Award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose quote fully complies with the terms and conditions and is determined to be fair and reasonable, based on criteria in Sections L and M of the Solicitation. Responses must be submitted electronically (PDF or MS Word) to the email address in the posting.
