Engines should include key assemblies such as Compressor, Gas Generator Turbine, Power Turbine, Fuel System, Lube System, Air System, Engine Monitoring System, and Engine Control System. Engines must be free of visible corrosion and physical damage, operated by no more than one U.S.-flagged carrier or operator, and provided with all operation and maintenance records from the date of manufacture.
