To establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the manufacture and/or sourcing of carbon steel drums and other large packaging containers required for Argonne National Laboratory's Waste Management Operations. These packagings must comply with Federal and United Nations (UN) regulations for storage and transport.

• Vendor shall permit Argonne to perform source surveillance, inspection, or audit of the vendor’s quality-related activities and records.
