Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted electronically via email to Thomas.semones@dla.mil as three separate files: Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Pricing & Administrative. Facsimile and hard copy submissions are not accepted. Award will be made to the acceptable quoter with the lowest evaluated price. Technical Capability and Past Performance will be evaluated on an acceptable/unacceptable basis. Prices must be held firm for 60 calendar days from the quote receipt date. Prospective awardees must be registered in SAM.gov.
Key Requirements
Unit prices must include shipping costs (FOB Destination). Material must be shipped on serviceable, winged pallets that are heat treated, certified, and stamped/branded per DOD Manual 4140.65-M and MD00100452, Revision C. Quotes must include CUI markings as specified in Section 13.
