Key Requirements & Submission Details
Offerors must provide a quote including the total amount, proposed RTAT, and indicate if pricing is Firm-Fixed-Price, Estimated, or Not-to-Exceed. A price reduction will be incurred for failure to meet the required RTAT, with the contractor proposing a per-unit/per-month reduction amount up to a maximum. A Testing and Evaluation (T&E) fee for Beyond Repair (BR/BER) items will be negotiated.
