Scope of Work
The requirement is for one complete Casualty Surgical Simulation Kit. The selected vendor must be trained and experienced in both the usage and training of this equipment. Key services include:
- Travel to Fort Irwin, CA, to provide support for three NTC Training Iterations.
- Training end-users on the provided kit.
- Training support must be conducted by a Cut Suit Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a background as an 8404 Corpsman, 18D, or 68W with a Combat Medic Badge (CMB).
- Provision of a 2-Day Hyper Realistic Moulage Kit based Makeup Course.
- Provision of 3-Day Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) Moulage support for up to 35 casualties.
The kit itself includes a wide array of simulation components, such as:
- 14 Rescue Randy Combat Challenge manikins (145 lbs).
- 3 CS-TCCC/EMSMS kits, each including a 3-day SME course.
- 5 TAMK-MS (Tactical Amputation Moulage Kit - Medium Skin) assemblies.
- REALITi Pro and REALITi Plus simulation systems with various screens, hardware kits, software (including video debrief and CPR modules), and accessories.
- 5 REALITi SimScope units with adult sound libraries.
- 45 CS-SSK-MS Cut Suit Skins (Surgical - Medium Skin) with custom wounds.
- Various BPS (Bleeding Patient Simulator) components, custom mass casualty kits, TCCC Tier 3 Instructor Kits, and numerous individual simulation parts for wounds, bleeding, and surgical procedures.
