Services are required 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, across eight U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) Sectors: Del Rio, Laredo, Rio Grande Valley, San Diego, El Centro, Yuma, Tucson, and El Paso. The scope includes program management, supervision, personnel, and materials. Key requirements involve developing a Staffing Plan, ensuring all personnel undergo CBP Level Background Investigations, and providing specific Caregiver and Supervisor duties. Required training covers CBP National Standards on Transport, Escort, Detention, and Search (TEDS), Flores Settlement Compliance, Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA), and Trauma-Informed Recognition of Medical Distress.
Contract Details

Submission Requirements

- Volume II – Past Performance: Information on relevant projects (past 5 years). Offerors must request up to three references to complete and directly email Attachment 4 (Past Performance Questionnaire) to the Contract Specialist.
- Volume III – Price: A completed Attachment 3 (Proposal Pricing Schedule), providing pricing for all SOW requirements. Partial quotations will not be accepted. Email submissions must use separate attachments, with each email under 35MB. Multiple emails are permitted if necessary.

Evaluation
