Scope of Work
This solicitation requires the provision of labor, materials, and comprehensive work for the installation of new CCTV camera equipment and systems. Key aspects include:

Performance Standards & Deliverables
The installed system must meet specific technical requirements:
- Cameras: Dome-style, panoramic imaging, standalone (no internet connection), 4k to 1080p resolution, 15-30 frames per second, detect individuals and observe vehicles, 24-hour continuous coverage, fixed position, infrared night vision, vandal-resistant housing, minimum 2-year warranty. Outdoor cameras require environmentally protected housing and 180° field of view.
- Other Equipment: Video export via USB, minimum 90-day retention, UPS for 60 minutes, minimum 2-year warranty on parts and labor, compatibility with existing or new HD monitors.
- Installation: Secure mounting, proper cable installation using conduit/trunking, appropriate cable types.
- Maintenance: A minimum 3-year warranty is required, during which the installer shall not charge for corrective maintenance.
- Handover: System demonstration, documentation, user training, and clear procedures for assistance.

- Set-Aside: 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside (NAICS 561621, Small Business Size Standard $25M).

Special Requirements
Contractor personnel must comply with all JB MDL security requirements, including legal US residency/work authorization, valid DoD ID or visitor passes, and restrictions on photography in controlled areas. The system must be standalone and not use the NIPR network.
