Scope of Work
The requirement is for a Luminex Flexmap3D multiplexing instrument with xPONENT 4.3 software, capable of analyzing up to 500 biological targets simultaneously. The acquisition includes:
- Instrument: FLEXMAP 3D with xPONENT 4.3 Software, analyzer, XYP plate handler, PC, monitor, cables, reagent area, Automated Maintenance Plate (AMP), heater block, sample probes, alignment kit, fluid lines, waste cubitainer, monitor arm, and optional barcode reader.
- Consumables: FM3D Calibration Kit, FM3D Performance Verification Kit, and Sheath Fluid.
- Services: White glove inside delivery, installation by a certified Luminex service engineer, and a 12-month full-service warranty.
- Training: One day of assay and instrument training with a specialist, plus ongoing unlimited scheduled training by a Vendor Field Application Scientist.
- Support: Assay-specific technical support and Luminex instrumentation support.
The instrument must distinguish a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 500 unique, preset bead spectral addresses within a single sample, with performance verified by kits.
