Scope of Work
Services include full maintenance of the cemetery and surrounding grounds. Key tasks encompass:
- Landscaping: Mowing, trimming (headstones, sidewalks, fences, curbs, signage, planters), tree trimming/removal, fertilization, weed control, overseeding, aeration, leaf cleanup, mulching, flower bed establishment.
- Headstone Care: Cleaning, alignment, and installation.
- Grounds Maintenance: Maintaining pathways, parking areas, fencing, and site features; trash and debris removal; excavation for interments; stump grinding; sunken grave repair; and overall grounds beautification.
- Incidentals: Casketed and cremation interments.

- SAM Registration: Contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
- Personnel: Project Manager (PM) requires an Associate's degree/certificate in Turf Management and 5 years of experience. PM and key personnel need NACI clearance and English proficiency. All employees must be legal U.S. residents.
