• Pricing Arrangement for all items is Firm Fixed Price.

• Delivery is required on or before April 30, 2026.

• FOB Details are Contractor Destination.

• The solicitation issue date is April 8, 2026.

• The offer due date is April 17, 2026, at 01:00 PM local time.

• The solicitation incorporates FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 by reference, with addenda.
