  • Option Year 1: May 1, 2027 - April 30, 2028
  • Option Year 2: May 1, 2028 - April 30, 2029
  • Option Year 3: May 1, 2029 - April 30, 2030
  • Option Year 4: May 1, 2030 - April 30, 2031

• Schedule:

  • Morrow Point Powerplant: Quarterly service.
  • Blue Mesa Powerplant: Bi-annual service.
