Evaluation
Award will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method. Offerors must submit sufficient documentation explaining how their offerings meet, exceed, or differ from each Salient Characteristic to demonstrate technical acceptability. Merely providing technical specifications without direct comparison is insufficient.
Submission Requirements
Interested parties must submit:

- Firm, fixed-price quote, including a discount for the trade-in of PIERC's current Bio-Rad CFX96 C1000 Touch system (SN 785BR09918 plus SN CT009686).
- Technical submission with part/model numbers and product specifications.
- Place of manufacturing.
- System for Award Management (SAM) UEI.
